Ilya started his career in corporate finance with Goldman Sachs. He then held business development roles at two venture-backed technology companies, Spot Runner and Crunchyroll, and served as a Vice President with venture capital fund Venrock, before founding Craft in 2015.  He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Columbia University, with joint studies at the Juilliard School studying Cello.

Chief Marketing Officer

As Craft’s Chief Marketing Officer, Mimi is a visionary, go-to-market leader passionate about building innovative, customer centric, results-oriented businesses. She is highly regarded for Enterprise SaaS expertise and her proven track record of accelerating growth, scaling global marketing initiatives, and launching new industries. She has held executive roles at VMware, SAP, Oracle, Turntide and Molecula. Mimi is a business graduate from Arizona State, Indiana University and a Board Advisor to Toposware, Sigma Sense and is a Member of the Board of Directors for Anti-Defamation League and Best Buddies International.

Brandon Evans

Chief Technology Officer

Brandon brings over two decades of software development and leadership experience and a proven track record of driving technical vision, building great teams, and delivering impactful products. Before joining Craft, he led engineering for travel products at Coupa, collaborating with the business to launch Coupa’s inaugural travel booking tool. Prior to Coupa, he held technology leadership positions at Yapta, Changepoint, Dativ, and Amdocs Interactive (formerly Qpass). Brandon is a US Navy veteran and self-taught programmer.

Austin Chang

Chief Product Officer

Austin brings over 25 years of business, product, design, and engineering experience, having led product development, strategic operations, and platform infrastructure teams at Meta, Google, Pinterest, and MTV Networks, among other ventures.  At Meta, he drove product development as a senior director of product management, overseeing Core Products for the Quest VR/MR platform. In his role as CPO, Chang will bring centralized leadership and product vision to Craft, ensuring alignment with business goals to help Craft scale the product organization, streamline development, and foster long-term innovation.

Tyler Mihevc

Vice President of Worldwide Sales

As the Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Tyler brings over 20 years of enterprise software sales experience from Okta, EMC, and PredictHQ. With a proven track record of driving Go-To-Market strategies and managing teams, Tyler leads global sales and success efforts.

Ashley Aruffo

Senior Director of Product

As the Director of Product–Insights at Craft, Ashley leads the teams responsible for surfacing business critical events and unforeseen dependencies across supply chains. Prior to joining Craft, she served as the product lead for a 0-1 stage machine learning mortgage processing startup acquired by Black Knight Financial Services. She began her career managing products in E-commerce and HR technologies. Ashley holds MA and BA degrees from Stanford University.

Brian Mackerer

Head of Federal Sales

Brian joined Craft in 2020 after spending more than 15 years at Dun & Bradstreet, where he led strategic teams in the High Technology Vertical, overseeing key accounts such as Apple, Google, and Microsoft. Since joining Craft, Brian has played a pivotal role in leading various go-to-market functions and partnerships, notably with Deloitte and the U.S. Department of Defense. Currently, Brian spearheads government sales at Craft.

Seb Butt

Head of Business Development

Seb began his career in Executive Search before transitioning to sales at Shinetech Software. He then returned to Executive Search, helping to expand Accenture’s global sales teams for five years. A founding team member at Craft, Seb established the European operations as General Manager in London before relocating to New York City in 2023. He holds a BSc from Royal Holloway and an MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship from UCL, London. Committed to social impact, Seb is a board advisor at the non-profit organizations, Future VC and Diversity VC, and co-chairs the Sustainable Procurement Pledge, which aims to embed sustainable and ethical practices in supply chain and procurement operations.

Austin Sailors

Head of People Operations

Austin, a visual artist with a background in psychology, has spent the last decade aligning people strategies with business objectives, often in hyper-growth environments. With a career focused in B2B SaaS (Apttus, Docker, Heap), he has built award-winning company cultures and designed scalable programs and processes. Austin is passionate about enabling leaders to maximize their potential and cultivating healthy, high-performing teams.

Jody Chapman

Head of Finance

Jody joined Craft in early 2022. She started her career at KPMG, where she worked with audit clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to smaller companies going IPO. After KPMG, Jody joined Bentley Systems, where she implemented operational and SOX compliant processes across various internal groups. She holds a Bachelor’s of Sciencefrom Drexel University and is a Certified Public Accountant. In her role as Finance Manager, Jody is passionate about enhancing transparency in finance processes and ensuring seamless operational decision-making.

Piers Anderson

Head of Solution Engineering

Piers has a strong background in sales engineering, solution consulting, and customer experience management. Prior to Craft, he worked at Box, Medallia, McNicholas Construction, Satmetrix, and Centrica, developing unique solutions for customer experience transformation. Piers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications from the University of the Arts London.

Our hub for central Europe, we have a strong contingent of Crafties in London where we have a centrally located and easy-to-access office.

Seattle

Our Seattle hub is growing quickly! We don’t yet have an office in this hub but the team gets together regularly for happy hours and events.
